FreightBing – Website Design & Hosting Services Agreement

World No.1 Freight Forwarding Hosting Services

Service Provider: FreightBing FZE
Customer: Any freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics company subscribing to FreightBing’s services.

1. Scope of Services

FreightBing provides website design, hosting, and maintenance services exclusively for companies in the freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics industry. Each subscription includes:

  • Custom website design based on Freight Forwarding business needs.
  • Secure website hosting with 99.9% uptime.
  • Mobile-friendly and SEO-optimized website structure.
  • Basic email setup (optional, based on customer request).

2. Service Fee

  • The subscription fee is payable per year (non-refundable).
  • Payment is collected in advance through online payment methods (PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer).
  • Renewal is automatic each year unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must provide accurate company details, logo, and content related to freight forwarding services.
  • The customer shall ensure that all content provided complies with local and international laws.
  • FreightBing will not be responsible for content accuracy, legality, or third-party copyright issues.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • FreightBing will deliver the website within 7–15 working days from the date of receiving all required company information and payment.
  • Any delay in providing content or approvals from the customer may extend the delivery timeline.

5. Support & Maintenance

  • Annual subscription includes basic technical support and website maintenance.
  • Major redesigns, additional features, or integrations will require a separate service agreement and additional charges.

6. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all customer data.
  • FreightBing will not sell, share, or misuse customer data under any circumstances.
  • Hosting and data handling comply with global data protection standards (GDPR compliant).

7. Intellectual Property

  • The customer retains ownership of their logo, brand, and content.
  • FreightBing retains ownership of the website framework, templates, and hosting infrastructure.
  • Upon subscription, the customer is granted a non-transferable license to use the website.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • FreightBing’s total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the annual subscription fee.
  • FreightBing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business or profits.

9. Term & Termination

  • The agreement is valid for 12 months from the subscription date.
  • Customers may cancel anytime, but no refunds will be provided.
  • FreightBing may suspend or terminate services in case of misuse, illegal activities, or non-payment.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By making the annual subscription payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
