FreightBing – World No. 1 Freight Forwarding Hosting Services
This Domain Registration Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between FreightBing and the customer (“Registrant”) who registers, transfers, or manages domain names through FreightBing’s domain registration services, in partnership with GoDaddy.
By registering or renewing a domain with FreightBing, you agree to comply with:

✔ GoDaddy’s standard domain registration terms
This agreement ensures transparency, compliance, and security for freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics businesses managing domain names with FreightBing.
1. Scope of Domain Registration Services
FreightBing provides domain registration, renewal, and transfer services for businesses in the freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics industry.
Domain extensions available:
.com | .net | .org | .logistics | .shipping | .freight | and more
Managed domain services:
DNS management | WHOIS protection | Domain forwarding | Private registration
Seamless integration:
Domains are optimized for FreightBing’s high-performance website hosting services.
All domain registrations are processed through GoDaddy and follow ICANN-accredited registrar policies.
2. Domain Registration Process
When registering a domain through FreightBing, you agree that:
✔ You have the legal right to register the chosen domain name.
✔ You provide accurate and complete registration details, including your name, business address, and contact information.
✔ Your domain registration does not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights.
FreightBing reserves the right to reject or suspend registrations that violate trademark laws, ICANN regulations, or other applicable policies.
3. Domain Renewal & Expiration Policy
Automatic Renewal Policy
• To prevent domain expiration and loss of business continuity, domains registered through FreightBing are set to auto-renew by default.
• Renewal fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file before the domain’s expiration date.
Domain Expiration Consequences
• If a domain expires, it enters a grace period (up to 30 days) where it can still be renewed at the standard renewal rate.
• After the grace period, the domain enters a redemption phase (30-45 days), where recovery fees may apply.
• If not renewed, the domain is released back to the public and may be registered by another party.
FreightBing is not responsible for domain losses due to expired registrations caused by failed or late payments.
4. Domain Transfer Policy
Transferring a domain to FreightBing:
• Customers can transfer existing domains to FreightBing’s domain management system for seamless hosting integration.
• The domain must be unlocked, and the current registrar’s transfer authorization code must be provided.
• The transfer process typically takes 5-7 days to complete.
Transferring a domain away from FreightBing:
• Customers can transfer domains to another registrar by requesting an EPP transfer code.
• Domains must be active and at least 60 days old before transfer requests can be processed.
• Expired domains cannot be transferred until they are renewed.
FreightBing does not charge extra fees for domain transfers but follows GoDaddy’s domain transfer policies.
5. WHOIS Privacy Protection
To protect your personal and business information, FreightBing offers WHOIS Privacy Protection, which:
Hides personal contact details from public WHOIS databases.
Prevents domain-related spam, phishing, and identity theft.
Allows business branding while ensuring security.
WHOIS protection is recommended for all freight forwarding and logistics businesses to prevent domain-related security risks.
6. Domain Name Disputes & Trademark Protection
All domain registrations must comply with ICANN’s Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
FreightBing reserves the right to suspend, delete, or transfer domains involved in:
• Trademark or copyright disputes.
• Fraudulent or misleading registrations.
• Court orders requiring domain modifications.
FreightBing does not intervene in domain ownership disputes but follows ICANN guidelines for dispute resolution.
7. Domain Refund & Cancellation Policy
Domains are non-refundable once registered, transferred, or renewed.
No refunds for:
• Domains that have been successfully registered.
• Domains that have been renewed or transferred.
• Domains suspended due to policy violations.
All domain registration fees are final, as per GoDaddy’s domain policies.
8. Domain Abuse & Suspension Policy
FreightBing enforces a zero-tolerance policy on domain abuse, including:
Spam-related activities using registered domains.
Malware or phishing attacks launched from domains.
Fraudulent registrations or impersonation of other businesses.
If a domain is found violating these policies, FreightBing reserves the right to suspend or terminate the domain without refund.
9. Governing Law & ICANN Compliance
This agreement follows the domain registration policies of:
✔ ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers).
✔ GoDaddy’s domain registration terms and conditions.
✔ Applicable international laws governing domain ownership.
By registering a domain with FreightBing, you agree to comply with these governing policies.
10. Amendments & Policy Updates
FreightBing may update this Domain Registration Agreement to align with:
✔ GoDaddy’s policies
✔ ICANN regulations
✔ Changes in domain registration laws
Major updates will be announced via email and on our website.
